The Service

Rekindly provides an automated client reactivation and booking service for salons and appointment-based businesses. By using Rekindly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your Responsibilities

  • You must have a legitimate business relationship with the clients you send messages to.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent to contact your clients via SMS or WhatsApp.
  • You must not use Rekindly to send spam, unsolicited messages, or to contact people who have opted out.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the client data you provide.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing electronic messaging and data privacy in your jurisdiction, as well as any platform-specific messaging policies.

What We Provide

Rekindly provides the messaging infrastructure, AI conversation handling, and booking creation. We do not guarantee specific results — reactivation rates will vary depending on your client list, timing, and messaging.

Payments and Refunds

Pricing is agreed upon before any campaign runs. For trial campaigns, there is no charge. For paid plans, billing terms will be outlined in your agreement. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — DM us on Instagram.

Limitation of Liability

Rekindly is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed bookings, message delivery failures, or any indirect losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any situation is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 30 days.

Termination

Either party can stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
