  • Conversation data: Messages sent and received as part of the booking conversation are stored to manage the conversation state.
  • Usage data: Basic analytics on how the service is used, including message delivery and booking outcomes.

How We Use Your Data

We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties. We do not use client phone numbers for any purpose other than the campaigns you authorise.

Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for up to 12 months after the last message, then deleted. You can request deletion of your data or your clients' data at any time by emailing us.

Your Rights
